Hamish Clift

I was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2013 and came to the bar in 2016. Prior to my admission, I was the associate to the Honourable Justice JS Douglas.

My practice is primarily in commercial matters, including arbitration, media and defamation, privacy, building and construction, industrial, professional liability, and insurance matters, as well as public law matters.

I am a member of the management committee of LawRight and I am the chair of Flipside Circus Ltd.
