I have a commercial practice in Australian courts and arbitral tribunals.
My practice is predominately in the fields of contract, building and construction, corporations, insurance, insolvency, property, professional negligence, and class actions.
I undertake court work (long and short trials, and interlocutory applications) as well as advisory work. I have experience in international arbitrations conducted under the ICC and SIAC Rules.
I was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2020 and have been in practice as a barrister since 2007, after working for commercial law firms in Brisbane and London, and serving as the Associate to the Honourable Justice G.L. Davies formerly of the Queensland Court of Appeal.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland in 1997 and was awarded the University Medal.
